2013-14 Budget Validation Referendum
May 10, 2013
A Budget Validation Referendum will be held on Tuesday, May 14 at Longley Elementary School (145 Birch St.), from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Voters will be asked if they approve the Lewiston School Department budget for the 2013-14 school year that was adopted at the May 7, 2013 Lewiston City Council meeting.A pamphlet containing information about the budget and referendum was recently mailed to residents. 2013-14 Pre-K Registration

Lewiston Public Schools will have a pre-kindergarten program (4 year old program) once again next school year. A series of informational meetings for parents will take place from May 20-22, and registration will be held from May 28-30. Students will be accepted into the program via a lottery, which will be held on June 7 at the Dingley Building (district office).Click here for the complete schedule and required documentation list.
2013-14 Kindergarten Registration

The Lewiston Public Schools Curriculum office has released the Kindergarten Registration and Screening schedule for the 2013-14 school-year. Registration will be held at each elementary school beginning May 6. Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by October 15, 2013, and must be present at registration. Parent, medical and education informational forms will need to be completed, and parents are asked to please bring a certified birth certificate and immunization records.
