In memory of Mrs. Janice M. Scott who was a victim of the attacks by terrorists on 9/11/2001. She was among the 125 individuals that were killed in the Pentagon when terrorists took over and crashed American Airlines Flight 77 into that building on the morning of 9/11/2001. Qualifications: US Citizen or permanent resident, GPA 2.5 or higher, go to a US accredited 4 yr college or university full time during school year 2009-10 and have demonstrated leadership abilities through participating in community services, extra curricular or other activities.
