How do I save my Bookmarks?

An oft forgotten task in backing up data is to save your Bookmarks! There is nothing more frustrating with re-imaging, than to lose Firefox and/or Safari bookmarks.

To save Firefox Bookmarks:

While in Firefox, click on Bookmarks

Click on "Organize Bookmarks"

Click on this symbol

Click on "Export HTML"

Choose where you want it saved.

Save it.

To restore Firefox Bookmarks on your new image, repeat the procedure above except instead of "Export" click on "Import"

To save Safari Bookmarks:

Click on "File"

Click on "Export Bookmarks"

Choose the destination of the file

Click "Save"

To restore Safari Bookmarks to new image, repeat the above process, but instead of "Export" click on "Import"
